... or at least that's the latest rhetoric from Bloc Québécois leader Gilles Duceppe.
Chrétien appeased Québec privately with quiet cash. Harper appeased Québec much more publicly with gifts of nationhood.
Apparently, neither work.
Well, let's not read too much into this. The Bloc is floundering, and becoming increasingly irrelevant in Québec - hence the drive to re-play the separatism schtick.
Wake me when it's over.
