Plenty of talk about the "Quebecois is a nation with a united Canada" motion, a round on the fiscal update, and on how a government can do nothing and the Net Debt is eliminated, opening the constitution to limit federal spending in provincial jurisdiction, the by-election in London (with some wishful Green thinking) and one last kick at the Liberal leadership can.
